This is the most honest rap album I’ ve heard since…I can’t even remember. The British MC and producer follows up on last year’s album “Dennison Point” and tells stories from his life.
Funky DL talks about racism, friendship, origin, education, life lessons and of course about his deep love for HipHop. Even though the lyrics are strongly in focus, he also delivers a very convincing work with the beats. As usual he delivers classic productions with very carefully selected samples.
